At full dosage I get the headache or skull pressure it describes, although I didn't drink much water considering that I didn't want to take a leak part way through extended foreplay (getting old is like that). However, I take the capsule apart (roll it between the fingers a bit to loosen it) and dump half into a glass of water, and save the other half for next time. That half does does what I need for the next three days or so.
